A real example of what strategic mentoring can look like in practice…


I worked with a Marketing Coordinator in a small independent girls’ school in the North of England.


When we started, she was doing everything she could to keep things moving, but like many in our sector, she was:

👉 juggling marketing alongside front-of-house responsibilities
👉 and lacking the time, space and confidence to think strategically


We began by creating clarity - redefining her role, protecting time for marketing, and putting structure in place.
